There's no better place in the world to start scuba diving than the Australian Great Barrier Reef. On this diving initiation, you'll discover this underwater paradise and experience a unique atmosphere.

Introduction to Diving in the Great Barrier Reef

Between 7.15 and 7.45 am, we will meet at Spence Street in Cairns and board a boat to a platform on the Great Barrier Reef. The underwater adventure begins upon arrival.

Upon arrival, you will have two and a half hours of free time to snorkel at your discretion, engaging with the marine life of the Great Barrier Reef. After snorkeling, lunch will be provided on board the ship.

At 1 pm, we will sail to the second location for the day's dive. Our guide will provide instructions on basic techniques to enhance the diving experience.

During the dive, you will have the opportunity to observe clownfish, turtles, and reef sharks, as well as the renowned corals in the area. This will be a memorable experience.

Finally, we will return to the boat and sail back to the starting point while toasting with a glass of wine. The excursion will conclude between 4.15 and 4.30 pm.
