In this activity, we will enjoy an unforgettable diving experience in Morro de São Paulo, exploring the seabed of the island of Caitá and its Atlantic fauna.

Morro de São Paulo Diving Introduction

We will meet at 9:30 am at Rua Segunda Praia. After a 30-minute boat ride, we will arrive at the island of Caitá, located off the coast of Terceira Praia.

Onboard, we will put on wetsuits and the instructor will explain the basic safety rules during the crossing to the island. Following this, we will begin our diving experience, initially descending to a depth of 3 metres, with the option for those confident enough to dive to 10 metres.

The tides in this area are ideal for a first dive, providing excellent visibility for beginners. Despite the shallow depth, divers will encounter a variety of corals and small fish from the local marine ecosystem.

The instructor will offer guidance on safe diving practices to ensure all participants can enjoy this underwater experience.

We will conclude the diving baptism by returning to Morro de São Paulo, with an expected arrival at 11:30 am.
