Morro de São Paulo Diving Introuction

In this activity, we will enjoy a diving experience in Morro de São Paulo, exploring the seabed of Caitá Island and its Atlantic fauna.

Morro de São Paulo Diving Introduction

We will meet at 9:30 am at Rua Segunda Praia. After 30 minutes, we will set sail by boat to the island of Caitá, located off the coast of Terceira Praia.

Upon boarding, we will put on wetsuits, and the instructor will explain basic safety rules during the crossing to the island. Participants will initially descend to a depth of 3 metres, with those confident enough able to dive to 10 metres.

The tides in this region provide excellent visibility for beginner divers. While diving at a shallow depth, we will observe various corals and small fish indigenous to the local marine ecosystem.

The instructor will offer advice for safe diving to ensure all group members can fully enjoy this underwater experience.

After the dive, we will return to Morro de São Paulo, with an expected arrival time of 11:30 am.
