Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in central Cajamarca at the designated time and head north to follow the Ruta Llushcapampa, passing through the most representative points of the region.

The first stop will be at Hotel Posada del Puruay, located in a colonial mansion built in 1822. We'll appreciate its colonial architecture and continue while observing the area's green meadows.

Next, we'll go to Fundo El Chocho, another hotel establishment built on an old hacienda. We'll visit its viewpoint and artificial lagoon, then proceed to La Cueva, where we'll learn about the secrets of this pre-Inca cavern.

After the cave visit, we'll explore the giant statue park of Llushcapampa. We'll stay in this park for an hour, walking among the huge sculptures made of stone and granite, some reaching 13 feet (4 meters) high.
