We'll collect you from your hotel in Calama at the scheduled time to begin this tour around Alto del Loa.

Once on board our 4x4, we'll head towards Santa Margarita, about 21 kilometers (13.04 miles) southeast of Calama, where we’ll see marble quarries and the Loa River, the longest river in Chile.

Next, we will stop at Ayquina, located around 3000 meters (9842.51 ft.) above sea level. We'll learn about the Likanatay aboriginal community and their traditions, including celebrations for the Virgin of Guadalupe.

At 1:30 pm, we'll arrive at Puente del Diablo to see a rock fissure that connects the Andes to the desert. Our next destination will be the Inka Coya Lagoon, linked to a legendary love story involving Atahualpa Yupanqui.

At 3 pm, we'll arrive at San Francisco de Chiu Chiu, where you will have an hour of free time for lunch. This oasis in the Antofagasta region is part of the Way of the Incas and features the oldest church in Chile.

We'll conclude our tour of Calama after a total of 10 hours.
