Calgary Bike Tour

Embark on a scenic bike tour through Calgary, where captivating architecture and landscapes await!

Description

At the indicated time, we'll start our Calgary bike tour from 151 on 8th Avenue SW.

After a brief introductory presentation about Calgary, the largest city in Alberta, we'll begin cycling through the city centre. Our first stop will be at the banks of the Bow River to see Prince's Island Park, a public park located on an island.

We'll continue on to Scotsman's Hill, known for its views of the Calgary skyline. After enjoying the views, we'll proceed to Inglewood, a neighborhood famous for its vintage shops.

We'll return to the banks of the Bow River to visit the Fort Calgary area, where we'll learn about the origins of this stronghold, which was an outpost of the North West Mounted Police and is now a main landmark.

Finally, after a 3-hour ride covering about 17 kilometers (10.5 miles), we'll conclude the tour by returning to the meeting point.
