Description

We will meet at the designated time at Terminal Cañaveralejo and travel to a MIO Cable station, which will take us to Comuna 20. Our journey will include a walk through neighbourhoods of humble beginnings, showcasing how the area has changed over the years. We will admire street art and visit viewpoints that offer unique perspectives.

Throughout the tour, we will address the stigmatisation faced by the neighborhoods in Comuna 20 due to waves of violence in the past, highlighted by a visit to a cultural centre.

The total walking distance will be 3 kilometres (1.9 miles), and we will take a short break to enjoy a plate of street food with options for water, juice, or beer. The tour concludes with a return trip on the MIO Cable, completing a three-hour experience.
