At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Callao or from the airport and head to Lima for our tour of Chorillos Market.

We'll stroll through the stalls selling fresh fish and typical products such as fruit, vegetables and spices. While we're here, we'll also taste some Peruvian delicacies. Afterwards, we'll choose the best quality ingredients for our cooking class with the expert chef.

Next, we'll walk to the cooking class to prepare our ingredients and make some Peruvian dishes. We'll prepare causa limeña, ceviche, and pisco sour, a typical drink of Lima and Peruvian culture.

While you cook, you'll enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean. We'll then have a tasty lunch with the dishes we've prepared while admiring the views of Lima Bay.

After lunch, we'll take you back to your hotel in Callao, dropping you off at around 2:30 pm.
