We'll meet at the Plaza de la Independencia at 9 am to begin our gastronomic tour of Callao, the most important port city in South America during the viceregal era.

Firstly, we'll go to the Rovira restaurant, where we'll try a snack of bread and traditional pejerrey, a typical fish from the region. Fish in this area is a prime ingredient for many South Pacific dishes.

Afterwards, we'll board a boat to explore the port of Callao, observing views from the boat and seeing the historical fortress of Real Felipe before arriving at the neighbourhood of Chucuito.

We'll disembark and visit the Mirador de la Rivera restaurant, where the owners will show us the ingredients for dishes such as ceviche chalaco and teach us how to prepare it. You'll gain gastronomic insights applicable at home.

After the demonstration, we'll have a break for a seafood lunch.

To conclude, we'll enjoy a salsa class with live music. At the end of the tour, we will return you to the original meeting point by 2 pm.
