Our adventure begins at the designated meeting point near the Fuente Dé cable car, marking the start of our horseback exploration through Picos de Europa. This park is known to be the second most frequented national park in Spain, just behind Teide.

After greeting our equine companions, we’ll commence our ride through the stunning mountain range in the central Cantabrian Mountains. Navigating the trails, we will enjoy a delightful excursion enveloped by a rich array of indigenous wildlife and vegetation.

The panoramic views of the majestic peaks of Picos de Europa will captivate you, their reflections shimmering on the lakes encountered along our route. It’s a breathtaking sight that will remain etched in your memory!

This enchanting horseback ride will vary in duration from 1 to 4 hours, concluding with our return to the starting location, having traversed a landscape that boasts unparalleled natural beauty.

Options

During the booking process, you have the flexibility to choose from the following options:

1-hour ride

Selecting this option, the most straightforward of the choices, allows you to experience a loop through the forests of Quebres mountain, set amidst the exquisite backdrop of the Picos de Europa National Park.

This journey, designed to be of low difficulty, will navigate trails and mountain paths suitable for families and those new to horseback riding, ensuring an enjoyable introductory experience.

1.5-hour ride

This option follows a similar pathway to the first, but offers a unique twist: in this 90-minute adventure, seasoned riders can relish in nostalgic sensations while absorbing the stunning landscapes.

2-hour ride

equestrian journey through the Picos de Europa National Park, catered to those with prior riding experience as well as novices seeking an exhilarating experience.
