Pico do Selado Hiking Adventure

Our journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Monte Verde. We will travel by minibus for just 15 minutes until we reach the starting point of our hiking adventure on Pico do Selado, which boasts a remarkable height of 6,831 ft (2,082 meters).

Upon arrival, we will set off on our hike. This gentle trek spans a total of 3.7 miles (6 km), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the rich flora that abounds in the area.

As we walk, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of Monte Verde while inhaling the fresh, crisp air and taking in the beauty of the Serra da Mantiqueira. Fun fact: Pico do Selado ranks among the highest peaks within this majestic mountain range.

After approximately 3 hours of exploration, we’ll return you to your hotel in Monte Verde.
