The Venancios, Passo do S, and Passo da Ilha waterfalls await you on this tour of the Camabará do Sul region of Brazil.
Highlights
At the scheduled time, you'll be collected from your hotel in Cambará do Sul, from which point we'll make our way in a 4x4 to the most notable waterfalls in the region. The first stop is the Venancios waterfall after a journey of around 23 kilometres (14.2 miles). A short walk of 400 metres (1312 feet) will provide views of the waterfall and the Camisas River, originating from the Aparados de Serra National Park. You'll observe the natural woodlands and the fields of Cima de Serra.
The next destination is the Passo do S waterfall, named for the shape of the ledge over which the Tainhas River flows. The area has historical significance as a crossing point for the arrieros.
We will then proceed to the Passo da Ilha waterfall, uniquely located on a river island of the Tainhas River, accessible by car. Weather permitting, there will be 30 minutes for a refreshing dip.
The tour concludes back at your hotel in Cambará do Sul, with a total duration of approximately 4-5 hours.
