We'll meet at the Parador Hotel for a brief orientation on safe riding practices before starting our mushroom-picking quad tour in Cambara do Sul.

Between March and June, during Brazil's fall season, the fields near Cambara do Sul become ideal for mushroom hunting. Our tour will include rides through dense forests while learning to identify wild porcini mushrooms, a common edible variety in these woods.

Upon reaching a wooded area filled with pine trees, we'll dismount and search for mushrooms typically found at the base of trees. An expert mycologist will guide us in identifying edible varieties, ensuring a safe experience for newcomers.

With our harvest collected, we'll load the mushrooms onto our quad bikes and head back. Along the way, we'll discover more about the rich araucaria forests.

After 1.5 hours of exploring, we will conclude the quad bike tour at the meeting point.
