Rafting Três Coroas
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Cambara do Sul and drive by 4x4 to the municipality of Três Coroas for a day of tourism blended with sport. During the 1.5-hour ride, we'll discuss various facts about the Rio Grande do Sul region. Upon arrival at Três Coroas, we'll head to Paranhana River, the launch point for our rafting adventure. After gearing up and listening to safety instructions from our guide, we'll enter the water.
Aboard our rafts, we'll navigate down the Paranhana River, covering a total length of 8 kilometers (4.9 miles). As we sail, we will face the current, experiencing rapids that enhance our adrenaline. After this aquatic adventure, we'll return to land, where you can enjoy lunch at a nearby local restaurant.
After lunch, we'll jump back into the 4x4 to ascend to the Três Coroas mountain summit for panoramic views. Here we'll find the largest Tibetan Buddhist sanctuary in Latin America, Chagdud Gonpa Temple, founded in 1995.
Finally, we'll return to your hotel in Cambara do Sul, completing our day after 10 hours.
