Rafting Três Coroas
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Cambara do Sul to drive by 4x4 to the municipality of Três Coroas for a day of tourism blended with sport. The car ride is approximately 1.5 hours long, during which we will discuss various facts about the region in Rio Grande do Sul. Upon arrival at Três Coroas, we'll head to Paranhana River, the launch point for our rafting.
After gearing up with necessary equipment and listening to a brief safety instruction from our guide, we'll enter the water. We will raft a total of 8 kilometers (4.9 miles) down the Paranhana River, navigating its current and facing exciting rapids. Following the rafting adventure, we will return to land, where you can enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Post-lunch, we will ride back in the 4x4 to ascend to the Três Coroas mountain summit for scenic views. Here, we will visit the largest Tibetan Buddhist sanctuary in Latin America, Chagdud Gonpa Temple, founded in 1995.
Finally, we will return to your hotel in Cambara do Sul, concluding our day approximately 10 hours after starting.
