Join us on a hiking tour of the Portofino Regional Natural Park in Liguria to explore the region's diverse plant and wildlife.
Hiking in the Portofino Regional Natural Park
We will meet at the Camogli railway station and embark on an 8-kilometer (5-mile) trek through the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. The hike will take us to San Rocco di Camogli, offering views of the Ligurian Sea.
As we enter the park, we will explore its beauty, which includes over 900 species of plants. The hike will also focus on identifying local plant and wildlife amidst high cliffs and lush vegetation.
The trail leads to the bay of Paraggi, followed by a descent to the fishing village of Portofino. A picnic lunch featuring a sandwich and drink will be provided during our break.
After six hours of hiking, we will conclude the tour in the center of Portofino, where you can return to the starting point by foot, bus, or boat at your convenience.
