At the designated time, we will gather at the entrance of Bodega Gamboa winery to commence a tailored tour for wine enthusiasts. Are you ready to embark on a journey filled with incredible experiences and breathtaking views? Let’s begin!

Our adventure kicks off as we stroll through the vineyards of Gamboa, a landscape characterized by an abundance of grapevines that are meticulously tended to by workers aiming for top-tier products. What varieties of grapes flourish here? What methods do they employ to nurture the vines? These questions will be answered during our visit!

Following our exploration of the vineyards, we will step into the winery for an exquisite tasting of three Gamboa wines. Among the selections are Semillon Gamboa de Mendoza, Malbec Gamboa de Campana, and Pinot Noir Gamboa de Campana. With the winemaker’s insights, we will gain valuable skills to identify the nuances of each wine.

To conclude our experience perfectly, we will take a seat in the restaurant gallery of the Gamboa winery and indulge in a sumptuous lunch featuring:

Starter

Slow-fermented focaccia with blood sausage, pickled peach, mascarpone, and pistachio.Beetroot served with feta, capers, and lemon.Roasted cauliflower paired with salted ricotta and peas.Chapa beans accompanied by sweet garlic and onion dip.Polenta topped with parmesan.Beef roulade or cabutia empanadas filled with smoked cheese.Carpaccio garnished with arugula.
