Visit to Bodega Gamboa Winery

Would you like to visit the vineyards of Campana? On this visit to Bodega Gamboa winery, we will discover one of the biggest wine treasures of the province of Buenos Aires and enjoy a tasting along with a delicious lunch.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the entrance of Bodega Gamboa winery for a tour designed for wine enthusiasts. We'll explore the vineyards of Gamboa, learning about the grape varieties and vineyard care.

Following the vineyard tour, we will enter the winery for a tasting of 3 Gamboa wines, including Semillon Gamboa de Mendoza, Malbec Gamboa de Campana, and Pinot Noir Gamboa de Campana. The winemaker will provide insights on each wine.

Our experience concludes with a satisfying lunch consisting of:

Starter

Slow-fermented focaccia with black pudding, pickled peach, mascarpone, and pistachio.Beetroot with feta cheese, capers, and lemon.Roasted cauliflower, salted ricotta, and salted peas.Chapa beans with sweet garlic and onion dip.Polenta with parmesan cheese.Beef roulade or cabutia empanadas with smoked cheese.Carpaccio with rocket.

Main course

Select from:

Grilled and smoked pork loin or steak.Pesca del día a la leña, wood-fired fish of the day.Vegetarian lasagne.

This will be served with ratatouille with baked parmesan, homemade pickle salad, or mashed potatoes with fresh herbs.

Dessert (buffet style)

Mocha mousse, brownie, and nut praline.Citrus and raspberry curd.Pears with ginger and ricotta.Feta cheese with organic honey, pepper, and olive.

The tour concludes after 5 hours.

Premium Visit

For a complete experience, opt for the Premium visit, which includes a special wine tasting and a cava blending class. The available wines include White Blend 2020, Pinot Noir 2021, Malbec/Petit Verdot 2021, Malbec 2019, or Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé.
