At the time of your choice, we'll meet at the visitor centre of the Edzna archaeological site. From there, we'll start our guided tour of one of the most important Mayan cities in Mexico.

First we'll learn some facts about this ancient city from the Classic period, its hydraulic technology, and visit the stelae museum, where we will see monolithic monuments and learn about the customs and culture of this indigenous civilization.

Afterwards, we'll visit Edzna's most important monuments, including Casa Grande, the main courtyard, the ball court, and an impressive stepped pyramid with five stories. The guided tour lasts for an hour and a half, ending at the starting point.

Tour With Lunch

With this option, after your guided tour of Edzna, you'll enjoy a traditional lunch in the indigenous community of Uzahzil, where you will taste local delicacies. Uzahzil is a 20-minute walk away, or you can drive if preferred. This tour option lasts approximately two hours, with a welcome by community members upon arrival.
