Description
This excursion begins from your hotel in Cancun with a bus ride into the Yucatan Peninsula. The first stop is the Ek Balam ruins, established around 300 B.C., where we will explore the acropolis, ball court, and pyramids.
Next, we will visit the Chichikan cenote, an underground cavern featuring crystal-clear waters for swimming. Participants will experience local culture by engaging with a Maya tribe and witnessing demonstrations of their traditions.
A buffet lunch will be provided before we proceed to the Santo Domingo temple in the town of Uayma, constructed in the 17th century using stones from various Maya ruins.
The tour lasts approximately 12 hours, concluding with a return to your hotel in Cancun, offering lasting memories and a greater appreciation for the Yucatan's history and culture.
