Enjoy a beach day surrounded by nature on Isla Holbox, a captivating Caribbean island known for its diverse bird species.

Isla Holbox Day Trip

The tour begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Cancún in the morning. We will travel to Chiquilá port to board a small boat to Isla Holbox. Upon arrival at the west coast, there will be a 45-minute stop at a beach for relaxation or exploration.

Next, we will visit Isla Pasión, a small island with pristine beaches and various bird species, allowing some free time for exploration or leisure. After that, we will progress to Punta Mosquito, a remarkable beach accessible only by boat, known for pink flamingos between March and October.

A beach stop for lunch at a local restaurant is included, followed by 1 hour 30 minutes of free time to enjoy the beach or visit the town of Holbox. Afterward, we will return to Chiquilá port and then back to your hotel, with an estimated total duration of 10 to 12 hours.

Monday and Thursday Tours

On Monday or Thursday, the tour will modify to use a speedboat, omitting the first swimming stop and heading directly to Isla Pasión for breakfast and an hour of free time. A brief visit to Punta Mosquito will occur before a 3-hour break in Holbox, with an hour in Yalahu cenote afterward. This activity lasts approximately 8 hours.

Itinerary Changes

The order of the itinerary may vary. On days other than Monday or Thursday, weather permitting, visits to Punta Mosquito may be replaced with Isla Pájaros or Yalahau cenote.
