Enjoy a beach day surrounded by nature on Isla Holbox, a beautiful Caribbean island with a unique environment that is home to numerous bird species.

Isla Holbox Day Trip

We will collect you from your hotel in Cancún and head to Chiquilá port. Here, a small boat will take us to Isla Holbox. At the west coast of Isla Holbox, we will stop at a beach for 45 minutes of free time to relax or explore.

Next, we'll visit Isla Pasión, a small island with various bird species. You will have free time to explore and enjoy viewpoints over the island. Following this, we will go to Punta Mosquito, a 30 kilometer-long beach accessible only by boat, known for the presence of pink flamingos from March to October.

Afterward, we will have lunch in a local restaurant at a beautiful beach, followed by 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time to enjoy the beach or visit the town of Holbox. We will return to Chiquilá port and then back to your hotel, arriving 10 to 12 hours later.

Monday and Thursday Tours

If you take the tour on a Monday or Thursday, the itinerary will change. The tour will use a speedboat, skip the first swimming stop, and go directly to Isla Pasión for breakfast and one hour of free time. Then, we will briefly visit Punta Mosquito and drop you in the town of Holbox, where you'll have 3 hours of free time. We will meet again for an hour at the Yalahu cenote.

This activity lasts approximately 8 hours.

Itinerary Changes

The order of the itinerary may vary. On days other than Monday or Thursday, weather permitting, Punta Mosquito may be replaced with Isla Pájaros or Yalahau cenote.

Flamingo Sightings

While pink flamingos are often seen from March to October, they are wild animals, and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
