Viña Varela Zarranz Winery Tour

At 11 am, we'll meet outside the main entrance of Viña Varela Zarranz. The tour will cover the winery and its vineyards, providing insight into the history of this Uruguayan wine company, established in 1933. After the guided tour, we will proceed to the tasting room to sample 4 to 5 glasses of different wines paired with either tapas or lunch, based on your selected tour. The experience will conclude at 2 pm.

During reservation, you can choose from three options featuring varying wines and food:

Visit with a classic wine tasting: Includes 4 classic wines (Petit Grain Muscat, Fusión Roble, Tannat Reserva, María Zarranz Extra Brut) and a selection of rustic products such as artisanal bread, Uruguayan cheese, pickled lamb, goat's cheese paste, dried fruits, and olives.Visit with a Premium wine tasting: Includes 4 Premium wines (Petit Grain Muscat, Fusión Roble, Tannat Open Cellar, Varela Zarranz Brut Nature), 4 empanadas, and a pear dessert with ice cream, Tannat sauce, and cinnamon.Visit with a wine tasting and lunch: Includes 5 wines (María Zarranz Extra Brut, Petit Grain Muscat, Fusión Roble, Tannat Open Cellar, Grand Cuvée Brut Rosé) and a lunch consisting of a rustic starter, courgette pasta, and a pear dessert.
