Montecrestese Hiking + Wine Tasting Tour

At 8:20 am we'll meet at the Collegiate Church of San Vittore. We'll board a bus and leave Cannobio behind to set off for Montecrestese. The journey will take about 1 hour.

Once we reach our destination, we'll start a 3 hour 30 minute trekking route. This walk will allow us to experience the tranquillity of the nature surrounding Montecrestese.

We will admire the Ossola Valley and walk along the banks of the River Toce, visiting megalithic sites that served as places of worship, burial grounds, and ancient villages.

After the hike and observing small rural churches, we'll arrive at a wine cellar for a wine tasting that includes 3 glasses of local reds and whites, along with local cheeses, sausages, and bread.

Afterwards, we'll return to the bus and conclude the activity at 5 pm, arriving at the starting point.
