Whitsunday Islands Plane Ride + Snorkeling

Explore a true paradise by sea & air by taking a plane ride over the Whitsunday Islands. After enjoying the incredible landscapes from a bird's eye view we'll snorkel in the turquoise waters of this stunning archipelago.

Whitsunday Islands Plane Ride + Snorkeling

At your selected time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Airlie Beach and proceed to Whitsunday Airport. From there, we will embark on a flight over the Whitsunday Island archipelago and the Great Barrier Reef.

Following an hour's flight, we will transition to a boat to visit Whitsunday Island, where you will have one to two hours of free time at Whitehaven Beach, known for its beauty. You can bring your own food or purchase a picnic lunch on the activity day.

There will also be an opportunity to hike to the Hill Inlet viewpoint. Following this, we will take you to one or two snorkeling spots, which may be on Whitsunday Island, Hook Island, Border Island, or Dumbell Island, depending on weather conditions.

After a seven and a half hour experience, the activity concludes at Coral Sea Marina.

Snorkeling

The activity varies by the option selected. Choosing the single stop for snorkeling provides more beach relaxation time, while the two stops option offers a deeper exploration of the underwater life but reduces beach time by one hour.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes hotel pickup from hotels in Airlie Beach. For those staying elsewhere, you can meet at Whitsunday Airport. Pickup times are as follows:
