Canterbury Ghost Hunt Tour

We'll meet at 8 pm in St. Margaret's Street outside Alberry's Wine Bar, where the city’s ghost hunter, the guide, will accompany us on this tour.

We'll explore the streets of Canterbury and travel back more than 1000 years to reveal stories of witches and ghosts that have plagued the English city. We'll discover the lodgings of Matthew Hopkins, a witchhunter who came to Canterbury in 1643.

Additional stories will include old tea rooms, ghosts of war, and strange happenings in churches. We will also learn about more recent events, such as the curse of the Toombs.

Finally, we'll stop in front of the cathedral, where we'll hear about the death of Saint Thomas of Canterbury.

We'll say goodbye at 9:30 pm in the streets of Canterbury.
