Caracas Walking Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Caracas and head to Plaza Bolivar in the city's historic downtown area. Our walking tour will start at the Museum of Caracas, a National Historic Monument founded in 1673 that was previously the former cemetery of the Metropolitan Cathedral.
Next, we will visit the Museo Bolivariano on the corner of Pajaritos, focusing on Venezuelan history through its exhibits. We will then proceed to Plaza San Jacinto, known as Plaza El Venezolano, to learn about the life and legacy of Simón Bolívar at his birthplace.
Following this, we'll go to the Casa del Vínculo y del Retorno, a mansion with ties to the independence struggles against the Spanish Crown and Gran Colombia.
After a 3-hour tour of the historic center of Caracas, we will return you to your hotel.
