Snorkeling Excursion to Barú Peninsula

At the scheduled time, our team will meet you at your hotel in Cartagena de Indias to kick off this snorkeling adventure to the Barú Peninsula. Are you ready for an exciting day ahead?

We will proceed on a bus for around 50 minutes towards Barú, enjoying the scenic views along the way.

Upon arrival, we'll visit a beach club where a guide will provide a brief tutorial on effectively using the snorkeling gear. After distributing the necessary equipment, we will be set to embark on our underwater exploration!

A thrilling 30-minute speedboat journey will follow, navigating through the mangrove channels along the Barú coastline until we reach a prime snorkeling spot, perfect for observing coral formations and diving into the underwater world!

You will have approximately 40 minutes to snorkel, discovering the rich array of colorful fish in the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Eventually, we will return to the beach club, where you'll enjoy free time to unwind, soak up the sun, swim, or simply admire the breathtaking views of the landscape. Here, a delightful à la carte lunch will also be included.

After a fulfilling day lasting around 8 hours, we will take you back to your accommodation in Cartagena de Indias.

Hotel Pickup Information

This tour includes pickup from hotels situated in the central, northern, Getsemaní, and Bocagrande areas. For guests located elsewhere, transportation to Pegasos pier will be required.
