Kayaking Adventure in Cartagena

At a time that suits you, we will convene at the dock adjacent to the Punta Madero structure to kick off this kayaking adventure in Cartagena de Indias. This is the perfect opportunity to uncover a different dimension of this storied city!

After securing our kayaks, we will set out on a 2.5-mile (4km) water journey. If you're new to kayaking, there's no need to worry; we’ll provide helpful guidance to ensure you’re paddling effectively.

Our route will take us through the waters of Las Animas Bay and past the Pegasos Pier, where you’ll enjoy impressive views of the Cartagena Clock Tower.

We'll then proceed past the Camellón de los Mártires, the Convention Centre, and the Román Bridge. From this point, you'll be able to admire the San Lazaro Lagoon and its natural mangroves, creating a picturesque backdrop along the coast.

Continuing on, we’ll paddle towards the Island of Birds, where the melodies of numerous birds will fill the air.

Ultimately, after an enriching hour and a half on the water, we will return to our original meeting spot.
