Scuba Diving in Baru

If you're a certified scuba diver in Baru, prepare for an extraordinary experience. Departing from Playa Blanca, you'll explore the stunning underwater world off the coast of the island and witness its diverse marine life.

Description

Join us for a diving adventure in Baru! We will meet at the Afrocorales Beach Club at the scheduled time, then take a boat to explore the Caribbean's crystal-clear waters.

Your first stop will be a large coral reef barrier, where safety measures will be reviewed before the initial dive. This dive will last approximately half an hour, allowing you to see parrotfish, trumpetfish, barracudas, turtles, and more, showcasing the area's biodiversity.

Next, we will visit a shipwreck area to examine the remains of sunken boats. The second dive will reveal how various marine species inhabit these wrecks.

Following these dives, we will return to the boat and head back. The entire experience lasts between two and a half to three hours, offering unforgettable memories of this underwater paradise.

Certified divers

Please bring your international diving certification. Non-certified divers will not be able to dive but can view the shipwreck from the surface.
