At the agreed time, we'll meet at the Parque Fluvial da Valada do Ribatejo in Cartaxo. There, we'll board a boat for a ride on the Tagus River.

Once aboard, we'll begin sailing one of the most important rivers in the Peninsula. During this cruise tour, we will observe the wildlife and vegetation in the area. Bring your binoculars; during the tour, we will pass by Ilha das Garças and may see various native bird species like herons and ospreys.

We will stop at the fishing village of Escaroupim to visit its two small museums.

If you choose the afternoon tour, you'll witness the waters of the Tagus River being tinged by the sun. After two and a half hours, we'll conclude the tour at the meeting point.
