8-Day Package Tour of Morocco

Volubilis, Fez, Rabat, Merzouga desert... On this 8-day tour of Morocco from Casablanca to Marrakech, we will visit the most significant places in the country.

Description

Day 1: Casablanca

Upon arrival, we'll meet you at the Casablanca airport and transfer you to the hotel for your first night in Morocco. If you arrive in the morning, you can begin exploring the city in the afternoon.

Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat - Volubilis - Fez

After breakfast, we will visit the Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Morocco. Next, we'll travel to Rabat to see the citadel of Mechouar, the Kasbah of the Oudayas, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and Hassan II.

In the afternoon, a visit to Meknes includes the Medina, Jewish quarter, and the ruins of Volubilis. Finally, we head to Fez for the night.

Day 3: Fez

This day is dedicated to touring Fez. We'll visit the Medina, Medersas Attarine, Ennajarine fountain, Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, and the Karawiyin Mosque. You'll have free time to relax at the hotel afterward.

Day 4: Fez - Midelt - Merzouga

We will drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping at Ifran and Azrou, and passing through Ziz Valley to reach Merzouga. There, enjoy a camel ride at sunset before spending the night in a haima camp.

Day 5: Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Ouarzazate

We'll start early to witness the sunrise before heading to the Todra Gorges. After that, we'll travel to Ouarzazate via the valley of the Dades.

Day 6: Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

After leaving Ouarzazate, we will visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, then continue to Marrakech, passing through various villages and crossing the Tizi N'Tichka pass.

Day 7: Marrakech

In Marrakech, we'll visit the Bahia and El Badi palaces, Saadid tombs, and the Koutoubia Mosque. You will have free time in the afternoon to explore the city before returning to the riad.

Day 8: Transfer to Marrakech airport

On the last day, we'll transfer you to Marrakech airport and conclude our tour.

Only double rooms are available in hotels and desert camps, with the option for triple or family rooms. Standard rooms have communal showers, while luxury rooms feature private bathrooms and an additional cost for air conditioning.
