First, taste 2 types of beers as the guide explains the brewing stages: maceration, mash, boiling, and cooling. You will see the equipment used in this process.

Next, visit the fermentor area to learn its role in production and understand packaging checks while enjoying your third and fourth beers.

Tour + Tasting of 4 Cellar-Aged Beers

This option covers the maturation of cellar-aged beers, the influence of the wood, its history, and fermentation time.

As you taste the first three beers, the guide will discuss storage, ageing, and keeping of beers, including some from the Majesty and Vivaldi series.

Then, visit the barrel area to learn about this style, its extraction, and future stages before sale, ending with a fourth beer tasting straight from the barrel.
