At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Gratias winery, located in the Cabriel Valley wine-growing region, ideal for Mediterranean wine production.

During a two-hour visit to the Gratias winery, we'll learn about the values of this family-run, artisanal wine tourism center. They implement a sustainable, responsible project, protecting the native grape varieties of the area. Their wines are organic and natural.

We will explore the different rooms of the winery and learn about the traditional winemaking process, followed by a tasting of four varieties of Gratias wine: three reds and one white.

This experience will be paired with a selection of gourmet tapas typical of the area, including Santoña Anchovies, Mazarrón salted tuna, almonds, sheep's cheese from Fuente Álamo, honey from the Ayora Valley, and chocolate with salt flakes.
