Sintra-Cascais Natural Park Bike Tour

The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel in Sintra at 9 am, followed by a minibus ride to the Blue Lagoon, a viewpoint located 20 minutes away. Upon arrival, participants will grab their bikes and embark on a medium to advanced level bike ride through the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, exploring its trails and wildlife.

The first stop is the Quinta do Pisão, a farm known for local wildlife sightings, including grey herons, common buzzards, and foxes. Next, the tour will visit the Convento dos Capuchos, a 16th-century Franciscan monastery. The final destination is the Peninha Sanctuary, which offers views of the Atlantic. Participants are encouraged to take photos.

After the bike ride, the group will return to the Blue Lagoon and take the minibus back to the starting point, arriving around 12 pm.

The minimum height to participate in the activity is 1.5 meters (4 ft 9 inches).Children under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
