Do you love being out in the countryside? Escape the city with this trekking experience in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, just one hour from Lisbon.

Sintra-Cascais Natural Park Trek

After meeting at the Cascais train station, we'll take a minibus to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. The trek will last approximately two hours.

During the 5 kilometre hike, we will explore a forest with oak, maple, and eucalyptus trees, and you may spot birds of prey such as falcons or eagles.

Following the trek, we will discover some charming towns, including Zambujeiro and Murches. These small agricultural villages primarily focus on the harvesting of vines for local wine production. There will be time to grab a coffee and relax.

We will also visit the Cresmina Dune, part of the UNESCO-protected Cultural Landscape of Sintra, offering exceptional sea views near the Cabo Raso lighthouse, which has been operational since the late 19th century. From the bus, we will see Guincho beach, a popular surfers' spot.

We will conclude the tour at the train station in Cascais at around 1:30 pm.
