Visit Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from the selected meeting point to begin our adventure exploring Alcamo's typical products. Our first stop will be at a vineyard in the heart of the Sicilian countryside. We'll explore its lands and cultivations while discussing the history of local wine cultivation and the production process of wine, olive oil, and honey, which are essential to the island's cuisine.

To understand the importance of bees, we'll visit a beehive, where we can observe these insects as they produce nectar, which we'll later taste.

Next, we'll sit at an outdoor table to raise a toast with wine paired with a selection of artisanal products, including bread, olive oil, olives, pates, cheese, cold meats, jams, and freshly harvested honey. After 2.5 hours, we'll conclude our flavorful adventure at the meeting point.
