Delta del Ebro Day Trip & Boat Ride

At 2:30 pm we'll meet at the Castellón de la Plana Tourist Office, next to the beach. From here we'll take a 1.5-hour journey to the Delta del Ebro, where we will see special places on board a catamaran.

Upon arrival at the natural park, we will embark on a 50-minute journey around Buda Island. During this time, we will explain the geographical characteristics of the reserve, including information about the wetlands' crustacean-rich waters and their culinary uses. We will also discuss the island's history and name origin.

We will continue to sail through the rice fields and learn about traditional crop practices, with opportunities to view various bird species including flamingos and seagulls.

After the boat ride, we’ll visit the Ecomuseum to better understand the importance of conserving the Delta del Ebro.

Finally, we will depart for Castellón de la Plana, arriving at approximately 8:30 pm.
