Mount Etna Winery Visit

Wine tourism and nature come together in this visit to a winery on Mount Etna. You'll enjoy the exquisite wines produced on the slopes of this famous Sicilian volcano.

Description

At the indicated time we'll pick you up at your hotel and leave Taormina for Etna. This tour includes a short stop in Piedimonte Etneo, where you can enjoy some free time for coffee. Afterward, we will continue to a winery in the Etna Park Natural Reserve.

We'll enter a typical Sicilian winery, visiting the barrel cellar and vineyards while learning about Etna grape growing and the impact of volcanic soil on the wine. You'll learn about common grape varieties on the island.

In the tasting room, you'll sample a total of 3 wines and a prosecco, accompanied by cheeses, olives, aubergine and other appetizers. Your palate will appreciate this experience!

After 4.5 hours, we'll conclude the excursion and return to the starting point.
