In this guided tour of the Giovanna Tantini winery, you'll enter the wine world of Lake Garda and take part in a tasting of 6 wines.

Description

We'll meet at the Giovanna Tantini winery in Castelnuovo del Garda. The experience begins with a stroll through the vineyard with Giovanna Tantini, the owner. Here, you'll learn about the philosophy, history, and facilities of the winery.

The tasting includes a total of 6 wines paired with a platter of cold meats and cheeses. We will start with a Custoza, followed by a Chiaretto, made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. Next, we will taste a Bardolino DOC and a Garda Corvina DOC 100% Corvina.

The penultimate tasting will be an Ettore IGT, a blend of Corvina, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot aged in wood for 18 months, concluding with a Greta IGT, made from grapes dried in the vineyard, showcasing a unique process that defines its character.

After 1.5 hours of wine tasting, we'll conclude the tour.
