At the scheduled time, we will meet on Avenida Nuno Álvares to start this guided tour of Castelo Branco. We will explore the capital of the Beira Baixa region.

During the tour, we will delve into the Middle Ages to learn about the history of Castelo Branco. We will view the city walls from the outside and the Castle of Castelo Branco, while also discussing the Knights Templars.

We will stroll through the City Park and discover why Castelo Branco received the title of a notable town. This includes admiring the façades of notable monuments such as the Clock Tower and the Cathedral, showcasing Romanesque, Gothic, and Baroque styles.

Additionally, we will discuss the city’s evolution, featuring houses from the 16th century and the town's traditional activities, including the renowned quilts of Castelo Branco.

After an hour and a half, we will conclude this walking tour by returning to the starting point.
