Canyoning at Buitre Gorge

Enjoy an exciting rush of adrenaline as you rappell down the narrow walls of the Buitre gorge in this canyoning adventure in the Castril valley.

At 9:30 am, we'll meet outside the Asador Romero, located 5 kilometers from the center of Castril. After introductions, we will travel in our own vehicles, following the guide to the starting point.

We'll arrive at the gorge of El Buitre, part of the Sierra de Castril natural park, known for its waterfalls and narrow walls. After equipping ourselves with the necessary gear, we will receive a brief theoretical class on safety measures.

During the tour, you will experience a total of nine rappels, including two that are nearly 100 feet (30 meters) long. Along the way, we will enjoy the scenic views of this natural area.

The return is straightforward as we will just climb a slope leading us to a dirt track near where we left the vehicles.

We will conclude the activity at 12:30 pm in the parking lot of the Buitre gorge.
