At the indicated time, we'll meet at the San Guillen ramp, next to the stone bridge of Castro Urdiales.

After selecting the diving equipment for each group member, we’ll provide a brief explanation on handling the material.

Then, we'll perform a series of exercises on the surface to practice the theoretical lessons. Once all group members feel comfortable and safe, we will dive into the Cantabrian Sea.

We'll float weightlessly on the seabed, accompanied by various marine fauna such as breams, porpoises, mojarras, anemones, and spider crabs.

After a dive of 30 to 40 minutes, we’ll conclude the experience by returning to the meeting point.
