At the indicated time, we'll meet at the San Guillen ramp, next to the stone bridge of Castro Urdiales.

After selecting the appropriate diving equipment for each member of the group, we'll provide a brief explanation on how to handle the material.

Following this, we'll perform a series of exercises on the surface to put theoretical lessons into practice. Once all members of the group are comfortable and safe, we'll dive into the waters of the Cantabrian Sea.

We'll float weightlessly on the seabed, accompanied by various specimens of marine fauna such as breams, porpoises, mojarras, anemones, and spider crabs.

After a dive lasting 30 to 40 minutes, we'll conclude the experience by returning to the meeting point.
