At 10 am, we'll meet at Piazza del Duomo, next to the emblematic Cathedral of St. Agatha. Once we're all together, we'll start a walking tour that'll lead us to discover the gastronomic delicacies of Catania. Let's go!

During the tour, we'll stroll through the alleys and squares of the historic centre of Catania while talking about the city's cuisine. We'll explain how Greek and Arabic cultures, among others, have contributed various elements to Sicilian gastronomy.

As we explore the old town and some of its markets, we'll make several stops to enjoy small tastings of typical products such as fried fish or the iconic arancini, which are breaded rice balls stuffed with veal, peas, and cheese.

For those who enjoy sweets, we'll conclude the experience with some local sweets before saying goodbye.

We'll finish the gastronomic tour of Catania at 1 pm, at the starting point.
