We'll meet in central Catania and there, we'll climb aboard an all-terrain vehicle and start our way to Mount Etna. Your guide will explain the historical and biological importance of this natural park, a World Heritage Site, mentioned in classical texts over 2700 years old.
During this jeep tour, we'll combine car rides with short hikes. You'll explore the local flora and fauna and learn about Etna's agricultural significance. We'll take you through ancient forests, visit caves formed from solidified lava, and walk near inactive volcano craters. We'll also visit Bove Valley for views and stop at a small local store to taste typical Sicilian products.
