Are you in Fortaleza and looking for exciting activities? Join us on a day trip to Lagoinha Beach, where you'll embark on a thrilling buggy tour, boat ride, and a ride on a traditional "pau-de-arara" truck. Get ready for loads of fun!

Day Trip Details

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Fortaleza at the designated time. Our journey will take us approximately 110 kilometers (68 miles) to the stunning Lagoinha Beach.

En route, we'll pass through the village of Lagoinha, known for its crescent beach and coconut trees. The name "Lagoinha" is derived from the numerous freshwater lagoons in the area. According to local legend, it was a haven for pirates and smugglers.

Upon reaching the beach, our adventure will begin. Activities include a buggy tour, a catamaran ride, and a journey on a traditional "pau-de-arara" truck.

We'll start with a buggy ride through the dunes, stopping at a viewpoint and Jegue Lagoon for photos and to enjoy the scenery. Then we’ll head to Almecegas Lagoon, where you'll have approximately 30 minutes to swim in its waters.

At the lagoon, we'll take a catamaran for a scenic crossing. After disembarking, the "pau-de-arara" truck will take us for a ride through Lagoinha, sharing facts about the area as we return to where we started the buggy ride.

The combined duration of these activities is approximately two hours. Afterward, enjoy free time at Lagoinha Beach until 4 pm, when we'll regroup for our return trip to Fortaleza.

After approximately ten hours of experiences, we'll return you to your hotel.
