Are you an adventurer at heart? If you're looking for fun plans in Cavalcante, join us on a water trekking route through the beautiful Chapada dos Veadeiros. We'll get our adrenaline pumping while exploring one of the most breathtaking protected areas in Goiás.
Water Trekking in Chapada dos Veadeiros
At the time you select when booking, we'll meet up at Rua Borba Gato in Cavalcante, where we'll go over some safety guidelines before setting off on the adventure.
After the introduction, we'll wear helmets and life jackets and begin water hiking up the rivers and streams of the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park. This protected nature reserve in the interior of Brazil is one of the most stunning areas in Goiás.
During the 3-kilometer (1.9-mile) river walk, we'll cross streams and waterfalls and wade through several rivers, particularly the San Bartolomé River.
Mid-route, we'll stop for 30 minutes for a break and a refreshing dip. After swimming, we'll go to the river beach of the Bacupari Reserve to enjoy a picnic that includes a pulled pork sandwich with cheese, a slice of cake, fruit juice, and coffee.
Once we have replenished our energy, we'll walk back to the meeting point in Cavalcante, arriving three hours after departure.
