At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Gómez Calderón Street to begin the olive oil tasting!

Accompanied by an agronomist and olive oil expert, you'll explore the basic foods of the Mediterranean diet. Spain is the world's top olive oil producer, and you'll discover the different categories of this essential product and their characteristics.

The tasting will commence with smelling various oil aromas, followed by a tasting of 2 distinct oils: an early harvest EVOO of the royal variety and an early harvest EVOO of the picual variety, the predominant type in Jaén. Both will be enjoyable!

After an hour and a half of exploring olive oil properties in this workshop in Cazorla, we'll conclude the tasting and say our goodbyes.
