We will meet at Gómez Calderón Street to begin the olive oil tasting in Cazorla.

Accompanied by an agronomist and olive oil connoisseur, you will discover the essentials of this basic food. Spain is the leading producer of olive oil globally, and you'll learn about the different categories of this liquid gold and their characteristics.

The tasting will commence with smelling the various aromas of the oils, followed by the tasting of 2 oils: an early harvest EVOO of the royal variety and an early harvest EVOO of the picual variety, which is predominant in Jaén. Both oils are noteworthy.

After an hour and a half of exploring the properties of olive oil in this workshop in Cazorla, we will conclude the tasting and exchange farewells.
