Visit an olive grove & oil mill in Cazorla and discover how EVOO is produced in the province of Jaén. You'll see the production process of one of the most typical ingredients of the Mediterranean diet and get to taste some for yourself.

Olive Grove & Oil Mill Tour + Tasting

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Oleotour Cazorla to begin a guided tour focused on olive oil, covering its history, different types, and production methods.

The tour starts with an introduction to the olive culture of Cazorla, a town in Jaén known for its high-quality olive oil.

Next, we will visit the outdoor facilities to learn about the region's three varieties of olives: Picual, Royal & Acebuche. We will stroll through the olive groves, taking in the mountain scenery.

During the tour, we will explore the complex's other areas, including the bodega, factory, and a museum featuring a recreation of an oil mill. This will be followed by a tasting of 2-3 different types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, where you can experience Cazorla's prized product.

We will then visit the bottling area and a shop offering products made with the complex's own Royal variety of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The tour concludes after two hours of learning about olive oil production.
