This day trip offers a unique chance to explore the coastal town of Galinhos, reached via a scenic boat cruise. Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to admire the fishing village and visit its beautiful beaches.

Galinhos Day Trip + Boat Cruise

The excursion begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel, followed by a two-hour journey to Galinhos. This quaint fishing village is set apart by its surrounding dunes and saltwater, making it accessible only by boat, which enhances its distinctive allure.

Galinhos is the perfect destination to unwind and immerse yourself in nature, featuring dunes, mangroves, and secluded beaches where the high salt concentration allows for floating.

You will embark on a boat trip to closely observe the salt pans and mangroves along the way.

An optional visit to Praia do Farol (Lighthouse Beach) is available, typically accessed via the local lighthouse taxi. Constructed in 1931, the lighthouse still serves to guide sailors to this idyllic beach.

For the adventure seekers, an optional buggy trip is highly recommended. This excursion will take you through the Galinhos dunes and up to the Morro do André viewpoint, the highest dune on the peninsula.

While on the island, we encourage you to sample the local fish and seafood dishes to enhance your experience.

After a fulfilling day, we will return to Natal and drop you off at your hotel around 5 pm.
