Cooking Class in Cefalù

In this cooking class in Cefalù, we will teach you how to make typical Sicilian recipes. We'll first go shopping and then prepare pasta dishes, a fish dish, and a dessert.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Via XXV Novembre, 29. Once ready, we'll walk towards the center of Cefalù to discover the gastronomy of Sicily.

The culinary experience in Cefalù begins with exploring the small markets of the city, where we will search for fresh ingredients for the workshop. With baskets full of products, we will go to a local restaurant, tie our aprons, and begin learning how to make fresh, handmade pasta.

After the pasta workshop, we will prepare a fish-based second course with vegetables. Once cooking is complete, we will sit at the table to taste the dishes we've made, accompanied by Sicilian wine.

After 2 hours, and with our appetites satisfied, we will say goodbye.
