Description
We will meet at Via XXV Novembre, 29 at the designated time and then walk toward the center of Cefalù. This culinary experience begins by visiting the small markets of the city to gather fresh ingredients for the workshop. After collecting our products, we will proceed to a local restaurant where we will learn to prepare fresh, handmade pasta.
Following the pasta workshop, we will prepare a fish-based second course with vegetables. Once the cooking is complete, we will enjoy the dishes we prepared, accompanied by Sicilian wine.
After a duration of 2 hours, we will conclude the class and say goodbye.
