Cooking Class in Cefalù

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Via XXV Novembre, 29. Once ready, we'll walk towards the centre of Cefalù. This culinary experience in Cefalù will begin by exploring the small markets of the city for fresh ingredients for the workshop. With our baskets full of products, we'll head to a local restaurant to start our cooking session. We'll learn how to make fresh, handmade pasta step by step.

Following the pasta workshop, we'll prepare a fish-based second course with vegetables. After cooking, we'll sit at the table to taste the dishes we’ve prepared, accompanied by Sicilian wine.

After 2 hours and with our appetites satisfied, we'll conclude the class.
