We'll convene at Via XXV Novembre, 29 at the scheduled time. Once everyone has arrived, we will stroll towards the heart of Cefalù. Get ready to explore Sicilian cuisine in a unique and engaging way!

This gastronomic adventure in Cefalù kicks off with a visit to the charming local markets, where we'll gather fresh ingredients essential for our cooking session. With our baskets filled with seasonal produce, we'll make our way to a nearby restaurant where we will don our aprons and begin our culinary tasks. You will discover the art of making fresh, handmade pasta step by step!

Following the pasta-making segment, we will create a fish-based dish complemented by vegetables. Once the cooking is completed, we will gather around the table to indulge in the delicious meals we've prepared, paired with fine Sicilian wine.
