Lipari and Vulcano Day Trip

Do you want to visit one of the most mythical places in the Tyrrhenian Sea? On this Lipari and Vulcano day trip, we'll visit two of the most famous islands in the Aeolian archipelago.

Description

At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from the meeting point in Cefalu and head by bus to the Milazzo Port. Once here, we'll board a boat and sail for around an hour to the Aeolian Archipelago, near the northeastern coast of Sicily.

The legendary islands are declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. We'll disembark in Lipari, the biggest of the two. You'll have 2.5 hours of free time to explore the Marina Corta, Piazza Ugo di Sant’Onofrio Square and the Lipari Castle, where the archaeological museum can be found.

Then, we'll continue to Vulcano, where you'll have another 2.5 hours of free time. Here, you can walk around its craters, visit the mud pools, admire the coast, and try some of the local cuisine.

Finally, we'll return to the boat to sail back to the Milazzo Port, where the bus will take you back to the initial meeting point. We expect to be back in Cefalu 12 hours after the initial pickup.
