The adventure begins with a pickup from the designated meeting point in Cefalu, at the scheduled time, as we embark on a journey through Parco delle Madonie, one of the most extensive natural reserves in Sicily, aimed at exploring its charming towns.

Our first destination is Castelbuono, nestled within the Madonia mountain range. Here, we will wander through its quaint cobblestone streets and admire the historic Ventimiglia Castle, a remarkable 16th-century fortress.

Next, our itinerary takes us to Petralia Soprana, renowned as one of the most picturesque towns in Italy. We will meander through its array of churches, public squares, and palaces, before moving on to Geraci Siculo. This town offers a glimpse of the ruins of the Geraci Castle, perched at a high elevation, providing a strategic view of the surroundings.

In Geraci Siculo, we will also visit a farmer's residence, where we will learn the art of ricotta-making, a celebrated fresh cheese that hails from Sicily. The experience will be rounded off with a delicious tasting of ricotta. Following this, we will head to a local farm situated in Polizzi Generosa, resting on the southern periphery of Parco delle Madonie, for a delightful lunch.

Once our meal is complete, the tour concludes as we return to Cefalu, where you will be dropped off at the meeting point approximately 9 hours after your pickup.
