Participate in the Ostuni Mozzarella Experience at Masseria Fragnite, a renowned cow mozzarella factory in Ostuni. The experience begins at 9:30 am with a meeting at via Ceglie.

The visit includes a tour of the grazing area where the cow's milk is sourced for mozzarella and other fresh cheeses. Following this, participants will access the production rooms to learn about the mozzarella-making process and the unique characteristics that set it apart from other cheeses.

The experience concludes with a tasting session featuring various cheeses and cold meats. The visit wraps up at 11 am. We look forward to your participation!
